Our work together is about meeting yourself in your most tender moments of expression, trusting your process, falling in love with who you really are and healing from within.
Our bodies hold the memory of all of our past traumas, false beliefs, joys, celebrations and undigested experiences. Our bodies have accumulated a thousand untold stories about where we’ve been, where we’d like to go and what we need to get there. What shows up in our bodies is often a mirror for what is happening in our lives. In a world that is wired, fast-paced and hyper-connected, it’s no wonder so many have forgotten to listen to their bodies talk much less hear the soft song of their heart over the loud cacophony of overstimulation. Many of my clients come to me struggling with allowing themselves to slow down, and when they do, they find themselves in a reactive tangle of stress, anxiety, tension and overwhelm. From that place it feels nearly impossible to connect with creativity, purpose, play and inspiration. They’ve shown up when they were seeking to shift from feeling “stuck” to plugged-in to their intuition, clarity, power and self-celebration.
