artemisia shine helps people and communities get free. She is a somatic therapist, mentor, cultural bridge-builder, and chingona dedicated to healing, justice, and embodied transformation. With roots in trauma-aware somatic practices, ecological restoration, relational care, and liberatory traditions, her work honors the wisdom of the body and the resilience of the human spirit. She is passionate about supporting change-makers, healers, seekers, and creatives as they connect with their innate brilliance, curiosity, and power. With 15+ years of experience weaving decolonized healing, nervous system regulation, and somatic homecoming, artemisia works with individuals and groups seeking personal, communal, and ancestral healing. Her work centers bodies of culture (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+ adults, and communities rooted in strength and resourcefulness despite histories of systemic oppression, incarcerated individuals, and those reclaiming joy and belonging in the face of the weight of intergenerational harm—with a fierce commitment to celebrate their dignity, creativity, and resilience. artemisia is dedicated to dismantling harm, co-creating greater freedom in our being and becoming, and having a damn good time while doing it.
