“Finding words to relate my experience with artemisia is like trying to describe a dream or an intense psychedelic experience. It’s almost beyond words. She was able to look inside me, into the dark corners of my heart and shine some light in areas that I’d been overlooking. I felt them, I knew of their presence but for one reason or another I had my blinders up.

At the time I was feeling sort of hung up in my spiritual practice. It’s like I was ready for the next step, but wasn’t sure what that was. In the end what we uncovered was that I was simply trying too hard. Studying and watching the clock when what I really needed was to let go, to trust in my heart, my intuitions and the wisdom that I’ve acquired in this life and in lives past.

Her insight and her ability to transcribe that insight is truly graceful, heartfelt and inspiring.
