It all starts with the breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
(Repeat.)
Eyelids merged, I dive into the depths beyond my form.
Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Repeat.
An ocean of sound rises somewhere from deep within my chest, warming the back of my throat.
I am home. I am here.
The earth beneath me opens as a channel of prana, a current of breath, takes me into her molten core. I am my breath.
Expanding with each inhalation, I can feel the earth rise up within me, around me, embracing my frame. Each breath, each heartbeat, unites with the upward spiraling pulsation of the earth alive in my chest, radiating within my heart.
From here, my attention reaches beyond the stars.
Swirling in the vast expanse, I hook to my cosmic body illuminated by technicolor intergalactic dust. I’m space diving now as the energy of the earth, the expansiveness of the universe, merge within my heart. A column of light rises within me to reveal an ocean of Self beckoning me in. This place, this experience, is not just within me – it is me. It is you. It is the essence of my being, it is the resonant frequency of your heart. It is the gathering place of all intelligence, all love, all consciousness. It is from here that we meet. Our hearts are the entry point.
When I close my eyes and sit across from another tender, sacred, vulnerable soul, I sit across from myself. Our hearts speak a language beyond words and I dip into the slipstream of the flowing universal current within.
I listen.
Hearts speak in colors and sounds, radiating pictures bathed in light, feeling tones of love. Beyond our physicality, thoughts, emotions, preferences and personality, we are each a unique vibration of energy expressing the divine essence of the universal whole. Our hearts carry wisdom beyond time itself.
Your place in the cosmic dance of life expressing life is unlike any other.
This being human is a journey of becoming Self, remembering that which you already are. Your essential nature is a sacred being of absolute intelligence that is a part of what the universe needs to experience itself as whole. I tap into the Self in me, the Self in you that is the birthplace of inner wisdom, truth, and awareness. Our work together is a process of revealing the essence of your divinity as it expresses itself in service to the highest within you and all life on this planet.
Silently, I ask “what does your heart wish to tell me about your radiance.” Essence speaks. We all want to be deeply heard, known, and understood. I seek to facilitate a greater connection with your more conscious self. Your heart knows how to open up to the universe of brilliance within you. I speak to what I hear. Your path is unlike any other. I encourage you to walk it. As we draw our focus into profound presence with the beauty of your internal realm you can begin to embrace the process of your own unfolding.
